The Videojet 6230 is a low speed Thermal Transfer Printer that utilizes the latest technology to help reduce flexible packaging coding errors, and improve total cost of ownership (TCO) through a proven and cost-effective solution.

The 6230 Thermal Transfer Printer delivers easy usability with an intuitive tablet-like 5’’ touchscreen controller with CLARiTY™ interface. The simple ribbon path helps to ensure fast changeovers and a more efficient operation.

Code assurance comes as standard in the 6230 Thermal Transfer Printer when using templates created by CLARiSOFT™ or VideojetConnect Design software. These simple code creation tools help reduce operator interactions resulting in fewer user errors and unnecessary product waste and rework.

Available with Bluetooth®* connectivity, the 6230 can also be controlled from an Android phone**, simplifying operator interaction with the printer and production line.

In addition to the features available, the 6230 offers high-quality codes up to speeds of 150 ppm and is an ideal solution for users migrating to a digital solution from analog equipment like hot stamp and roller coders

With iAssureTM integrated code quality assurance technology, minimal wear parts, all electronic auto-setup design, and fast-change ribbon cassette, the 6530 and 6330 offer maximized uptime advantage.

The DataFlex® 6330 is a medium speed Thermal Transfer Printer that can help improve uptime and provide a more productive operation by helping to reduce time spent on quality checks, waste and rework.

In addition to the features available in the 6330, the 6530 offers print speeds of up to 1000mm/s and throughputs up to 700 ppm*; the 6530 is a high speed Thermal Transfer Printer.

*Application and substrate dependent. iAssureTM technology is not currently supported for use with ribbon savings, high speed or high throughput print modes.

The Videojet DataFlex 6320 Thermal Transfer Overprinter is a available in two print widths, 32 mm and 53 mm, to provide the best combination of printhead and ribbon width to deliver the most cost effective solution for your application requirements. Engineered for applications such as vertical form fill and seal, the DataFlex 6320 delivers print speeds up to 250 packs/min.

Videojet® DataFlex® 6420 (53 mm and 107 mm)

When uptime, high performance and throughput are critical, the Videojet DataFlex 6420 Thermal Transfer Overprinter provides high speed printing for flexible packaging applications. The 6420 is available in two print widths, 53 mm and 107 mm, to meet your specific application needs. The 53 mm format is ideal for a range of flexible packaging applications including ultrafast horizontal form fill seal applications with throughput up to 400 packs/min. When coding applications require a significant amount of content, such as ingredient lists and traceability information, the 107 mm format offers the ideal wide format capability.
