The PERMO ECOBOX ECS chlorinating kit, comprising a compact wall panel with factory-mounted equipment, is designed to ensure effective prevention of Legionella in domestic hot water systems (DHW).

A dosing pump and an innovative analyser / regulator ensures controlled, regular introduction of chlorine into the circuit in accordance with the user’s instructions and current needs and standards.

The PERMO ECOBOX, fitted with an amperometric sensor and an analysis chamber resistant to 70°C which avoids any discharge of water to the drains, is an integral part of PERMO’s latest environmental innovations for the water treatment market.

PERMOBIOX integrated technology ensures safe batch production of chlorine dioxide using a mixture of sodium chlorite and hyrochloric acid.

A PERMOBIOX unit produces up to 100 g/hr of chlorine dioxide, for system flow rates up to 300 m3/hr.

Chlorine dioxide’s better disinfectant properties compared with chlorine allow it to be used both for domestic water systems in homes or offices, and for process water in industry, or in cooling towers.

BEWAZON and COOLZON ozone generators, produced by BWT, are an efficient means of combating the bacteria, viruses and spores likely to develop in sanitary facilities.With over 30 years experience in industry, their effectiveness is proven. Ozone provides curative action on any deposit of biofilm in the equipment. The ozone produced is compatible with most materials used in these systems: 316L s/s, silicone, EPDM, PTFE, PVDF, PEX.

PERMO BIOSTIL SI UV generators are used to disinfect drinking and sanitary water in many areas, private, communal or professional. Water disinfected by UV is freed of its germs and pathogens without unpleasant changes to the taste or smell of the water.

Water to be treated passes though the stainless steel radiation chamber, where it is exposed to UV radiation. PERMO BIOSTIL SI generators produce UVC radiation, with a wavelength of 254 nm, which is particularly effective for disinfection.

Control and monitoring of the equipment is provided by a leading-edge electronic processor. The UVC detector monitors generator ageing, UV intensity and the creation of any deposit on the protecting tube.
